GOLDEN EAGLE ACRES

 Civilworx provided civil engineering services for this rural 160 acre development in Severance, CO.  The offsite improvements included the design and construction of turn lanes, acceleration lanes and redirect tapers on Weld County Road 23 and Weld County Road 76 and improvements consisted of 1 mile of roads with the associated waterline, sanitary sewer and storm sewers.

The design included a drainage master plan that evaluated different options for the outfall of the ponds including a potential split in the outfall that was dependent on a City project being constructed prior to the outfall being needed. The project also included construction services including coordinating the bid process, construction observation, and preparing record drawings.

The plans were developed in accordance with Weld County and Severance standards and received approval from Weld County and the Town of Severance.
