THE FARMSTEAD

Civilworx provided civil engineering services for this master planned 320-acre development. The 1st phase included the master planning of the drainage for the entire site and the design of a regional detention pond that outlet into the Little Thompson River.

The offsite improvements included the removal and replacement of an existing street, the design and construction of the widening of Highway 56 to add auxiliary lanes, the design and construction of a sanitary sewer siphon. The design of an irrigation system including dredging and relining an existing pump and designing an irrigation pump station.

The onsite improvements consisted of 2.15 miles of roads with the associated waterline, sanitary sewer and storm sewers. The project also included construction services including coordinating the bidding process, construction observation, and preparing record drawings.
